Fine Line’s patented grading system makes setting grade fast and accurate. Instead of setting the forms to grade as many contractors do, the grade is actually set down inside the forms.
Here’s the process:
The same brackets that hold the forms up also hold the grade bars. Each of these bars is set to grade and serves as the pour level.
The concrete is poured to the bottom of each grade bar.
A worker goes behind with a shovel and makes sure every grade point is accurately hit.
A concrete finishing tool is used to make a smooth footing.
